Land Cable
The cable in the land is used to provide electricity to buildings, facilities, street lighting, power supply to dairy areas, household, and in many other cases.
This mode of electricity supply is very reliable, as the cable in the land is protected against negative climatic factors such as wind, rain, snow, freeze, etc. Cable is hidden underground, and it doesn't break the aesthetics of the usual landscape.
Several major stamps are used for this purpose. Depending on the corrosive activity of the ground, its type, and the conditions of operation of the cabel as a whole, select a stamp of the power cab.
For example, wet and acid soil has a high corrosion activity, and in some cases cable may be subject to retractive loads, and then it requires additional strength. Armoured cables meet these requirements and need no further protection during installation.
Usually, an armoured BBShv copper cable (renewed GAS R - BShv) or its aluminium AVBShv analogue is used for laying in the land. With a steel ribbon, the cables are stored without additional protective tubes, as it is the armor that protects the cable, both from mechanical effects and from rodents. Permit and laying this cable by air, in the case of special cable facilities, or in crude places. The cab's steel armor is landing.
WBShv and AVBShv are deciphered as follows:
- A - Aluminium housing;
- B - Insulation lived from polyvinyl chloride plastic;
- B is a armor of two steel ribs;
- B is free from a protective airbag placed under the armoured airbag, which prevents corrosion and mechanical damage to the layers under the armour;
- Shw is a hose from PVC plastic;
The cable includes the following elements:
1. Lives are wired (medium or A - aluminium) which may be between 1 and 5, with a 3+1 option when the fourth landed has a smaller section.
Lives may in turn be 1 or 2 classes: single (sections between 2, 5 and 625 square metres) or long (sections between 2, 5 and 240 square metres).
2. PVC insulation providing colour and digital (for cables 70 square metres and above) labelled white or yellow, red or malicen, blue or green, brown or black or yellow green, numerical 0, 1, 2, 3, 4.
